Two ways to subscribe
Microsoft Marketplace
Per-user, per-month subscription via the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Recommended; sits alongside the rest of your M365 billing.
Invoice-based subscription
If marketplace billing isn’t an option for your organisation, JFDI can arrange a traditional invoice-based subscription. Contact us to discuss.
Free tier and trial
Booking Planner ships with a Free tier on the Microsoft Marketplace and includes a 30-day Enterprise trial by default, providing full access to every feature out of the box. Use this to evaluate the admin panel, the drawing tools, multi-location support, QR check-in, and utilisation reporting before deciding on a tier.
Goodwill bonus: customers who subscribe to a Standard or Enterprise plan within the trial window receive an additional 30 days added to their first billing period, giving 60 days of full feature access in total.
Use cases
Hybrid working teams
Daily desk booking and neighbourhood working. Personal bookings highlighted on the plan; multi-location for organisations with more than one office.
Facilities and operations
Floor-plan configuration, utilisation reporting, occupancy versus bookings. The data that tells you where the office is loved and where it is wasted.
HR and workplace ops
Joiner induction days, anchor-day enforcement, fair-use limits. Policy in the tool, not in a memo.
Meetings and projects
Right-sized room booking with capacity and equipment shown. Project sprint rooms with sensible advance windows.
