Per-user, per-month subscription via the Microsoft commercial marketplace. Recommended; sits alongside the rest of your M365 billing.
Free tier and trial
Booking Planner ships with a Free tier on the Microsoft Marketplace, with every current feature — the admin panel, drawing tools, multi-location support, QR check-in, and utilisation reporting — included at no cost. Every install also gets a 30-day Enterprise trial, starting once an administrator approves the JFDI Licensing permission in the SharePoint admin centre: a formal Enterprise licence ahead of the tier-based features on our roadmap.
Goodwill bonus: customers who subscribe to a Standard or Enterprise plan within the trial window receive an additional 30 days added to their first billing period, giving 60 days of full feature access in total.

Daily desk booking and neighbourhood working. Personal bookings highlighted on the plan; multi-location for organisations with more than one office.
