Booking Planner is sold per user per month through the Microsoft commercial marketplace. The Free tier is genuinely free and requires no licence assignment. Every install includes a 30-day Enterprise trial, so every team can evaluate the full product before deciding which tier suits them.
Final per-user prices for Standard and Enterprise will be confirmed at launch on the Marketplace. The tier matrix below shows exactly what is in each tier today.
